2020 Best of Blading Awards Winners

The Big Wheel Blading Awards are the first awards of their kind, blending multiple inline skating disciplines, their skaters, and the companies and stores behind them. We wanted to give everyone that blades a voice to choose their favorite brands, skaters, videographers, photographers, podcasts, and personalities in the categories of aggressive skating, freeskating, slalom skating, distance skating, and speed skating. To achieve this, we started with a nomination period that lasted three weeks, where nearly 1,000 skaters submitted nominations.

We tallied up the top 5 nominees in each category and created a poll to vote for finalists from December 15th to December 31st. During this period, 4,010 people from around the world cast their votes. Congratulations to all the nominees and finalists in this year’s Best of Blading Awards.
