The 2018 Big Wheel Distance Challenge Winners

The 2018 Inline Skating Distance Challenge

This is the 2nd year we have hosted the Inline Skating Distance Challenge on the Endomondo app. The challenge is open to all inline skaters worldwide. The goal is to see who can skate the most amount of miles (kilometers) within the calendar year. The distance skated this year by the top ten competitors is insane.

Frank Lorenz from Cologne, Germany skated an astonishing 8,306.76 miles (13,368.43 km) to win the challenge. He was in a heated battle with Faust Núñez from Barcelona, Spain, who skated into second with 8,222.79 miles (13,233.29 km). While Warsaw, Poland’s Piotr Mostowiec rolled into third place with 7,334.15 miles (11,803.17 km). These three skaters and everyone in top ten have really inspired many skaters this year, including myself.
